3-Day Optimization Pass

• The pass is a one-time purchase. It does not convert into a subscription and will not charge you again.
• Your three days of service begin when you grant access to your Google Business Profile, not when you pay.
• If you are unsatisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No questions asked. Email support@pinwarden.com.

Monthly subscription

• Billed monthly per location. Cancel any time from your account portal or by emailing support.
• When you cancel, service continues through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
• If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, request a full refund. Email support@pinwarden.com.

What you're agreeing to

• You grant Pinwarden access to manage your Google Business Profile on your behalf: posting, replying to reviews, updating profile information, and requesting reviews from your customers.
• Pinwarden does not guarantee specific ranking positions or revenue outcomes. Results vary by market, competition, and category.
• You can revoke access to your Google Business Profile at any time by removing Pinwarden from your Google account permissions.
